Terms of Service
Last updated: August 26, 2026
By using MidSaver (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
The Service is a technical tool that reads a public Instagram or Facebook post and gives you a link to the video file that the platform already makes available to any visitor. It does not host, copy, or store video files, and it does not bypass any login, password, or paywall.
2. Your responsibilities
You may only use the Service to download content that you own, that is in the public domain, or that you have explicit permission from the rights holder to download. You are solely responsible for how you use any file you save. In particular, you agree that you will not:
- download, re-upload, or distribute someone else’s content without their permission;
- use downloaded content in a way that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
- use the Service in a way that breaks Instagram’s or Facebook’s terms of use or any law that applies to you;
- send automated, bulk, or scripted requests to the Service, or attempt to overload or interfere with it.
3. No affiliation
MidSaver is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram and Facebook are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe what the tool works with.
4. Availability
Instagram and Facebook change how their websites work from time to time. When that happens the Service may stop working for some or all links until it is updated. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MidSaver and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any claims relating to content you download.
6. Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe the Service is being used to infringe your rights, please read our DMCA policy for how to reach us.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page. You can also read our Privacy Policy.
